Galerie  > ROMEO & JULiET

Shakespeare’s famous love story as a short cartoon in rhymes: Witty, whacky verses versus Wikipedia!

Both of them (to set the stage) / were only fourteen years of age / called Romeo and Juliet / and in 8th grade in school they said: / “Our love will last forever!” / in this case just a short endeavor.

Tybalt hurts Mercutio bad / he dies and that makes Romeo mad / he pulls his sword and sort of hits / him through the ribs between the tits!

When great-great-grandpa Capulet / the other grandpa met, he said / to great-great-grandpa Montague: / “I’m not very fond of you!

That’s not Juliet’s cup of tea / so she works out a plan where she / with no notion of emotion / will drink a poisoned potion.

He cries out loud, as lovers do / I wanna be as dead as you / So because her death annoys him / he kills himself with poison.
